Jigsaw, a mindful approach to PSHE for ages 3-11, tackles Relationships Education, Health Education, and Sex Education (RSE) by delivering age-appropriate lessons that focus on building positive relationships, understanding personal health, and learning about body changes through a "Changing Me" puzzle, all while emphasizing respect, empathy, and appropriate boundaries, ensuring sensitive delivery based on children's developmental stages.

Assessment is incorporated into the Jigsaw program. Learning follows a series of puzzle pieces and there are assessment opportunities to assess both before and after each piece is taught.
